玻璃破碎機(jī)：
　　玻璃破碎機(jī)，是我公司為廢舊家電回收再利用處理生產(chǎn)線配套而自主研發(fā)的玻璃破碎機(jī)，已獲國家專利。
　　該機(jī)是運用錘式破碎機(jī)的工作原理而科學(xué)設(shè)計，根據(jù)玻璃硬而脆的物理特性，通過轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)，使轉(zhuǎn)子的錘頭錘打玻璃。采用雙轉(zhuǎn)子實現(xiàn)多點、多次重復(fù)打擊所通過的玻璃(玻璃的通過應(yīng)用自由滾筒輸送，實現(xiàn)邊輸送邊打擊)。從而保證破碎后的玻璃粒度一次成形(產(chǎn)成品粒度≤30mm)，避免篩分、輸送返復(fù)破碎工藝，節(jié)省成本和場地。主要用于廢舊電視機(jī)、電腦顯示器玻璃、門窗玻璃、鏡畫玻璃等面(體)積大的玻璃破碎。
　　該機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、簡單；操作、維修方便；成形快、產(chǎn)量大、效率高、能耗低；是破碎廢舊玻璃的理想設(shè)備。

Glass Crushing Machine:
　　Glass crushing machine is independently researched and developed  by our company as a corollary equipment  for  the production line for recycling  waste  household  appliances ,  and  it  has been awarded national patent.
　　The machine is scientifically designed according to the working principle  of  hammer crusher . According to  the physical property of glass -- hard and brittle, the hammer heads installed on the rotors strike  the glass when the  rotors rotate .    Dual rotors are adopted to achieve multipoint and repeated hammering on the  passing glass (The glass  is  conveyed by free rollers  to  the hammering zone. The glass will be struck by hammers as it  is conveyed to the hammering zone.) .Therefore the required sizes of crushed glass  can be achieved one time    (the size of the crushed glass product is less than or equal to 30mm),  eliminating the   screening process and repeated crushing process for  returned oversize glass by conveyors , saving cost and working  space . The machine is mainly used to crush the glass with large area and volume  from waste television sets, computer  monitors, door and window , and mirror drawing .
　　Glass crushing machine has the following advantages: simple and novel structure; convenient to operate and repair ; quick shaping, large output and high efficiency as well as low energy consumption. It is ideal for crushing waste glass.
