斗輪式洗砂機(jī)（毛細(xì)砂回收型斗輪式洗砂機(jī)）：
　　斗輪式洗砂機(jī)是通過電動(dòng)機(jī)、三角皮帶、減速機(jī)、齒輪減速后帶動(dòng)葉輪緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，砂石由給料槽進(jìn)入洗砂槽中，在葉輪的帶動(dòng)下翻滾，并互相研磨，除去覆蓋砂石表面的雜質(zhì)，同時(shí)加水，形成強(qiáng)大水流，及時(shí)將雜質(zhì)及比重小的泥土、石粉等異物隨溢水口排出，由斗輪從洗砂槽中將砂子撈出完成清洗過程，達(dá)到去除砂子中的泥土、石粉的目的，從而提高建筑用砂子的質(zhì)量。該機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理，維修便利、處理量大、功率消耗小，適用于清洗粒度≤20mm砂子的特點(diǎn)。
　　毛細(xì)砂回收型斗輪式洗砂機(jī)是在斗輪式洗砂機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上增加毛細(xì)砂回收槽，加長溢水前的靜態(tài)路徑，延長毛細(xì)砂在溢出前的靜態(tài)時(shí)間，從而使毛細(xì)砂在溢出前下沉并回到洗砂槽，由斗輪從洗砂槽中將毛細(xì)砂與原砂一起撈出。避免毛（細(xì)）砂流失，提高毛（細(xì)）砂的回收率，已獲國家專利。

Wheel  Bucket  Sand  Washer (Wheel  Bucket  Sand  Washer For  Recovering  Ultrafine  Sands )：
　　The impeller of the wheel  bucket sand washer is driven to rotate slowly by the motor through  speed reduction of triangle belts , a decelerator and  gear. The sands are fed into the washing trough through a feeding  chute  and roll with the impeller  and grind each other ,so as to remove the impurities covering the  sand surfaces . Meanwhile enough water is poured in for forming a strong flow to  discharge  the impurities and alien materials such as clay , stone powder with  lower specific gravity from the overflow ; and sands are scooped out  by a rotating impeller,  thus the sand washing  process  is  completed , achieving  the aim to remove clay and stone powder contained  in the sands  and improving the quality of building sands. It has the features of reasonable structure, convenient  maintenance, large  throughput  and  lower  power  consumption .It's suitable to wash sands with a size of no more than 20mm. 
　　Wheel bucket sand washer for  recovering ultrafine sands : On the basis of a 　　wheel bucket sand washer , ultrafine sand recovery troughs are  added , leading to prolonged  static path and prolonged static time before overflow for ultrafine sands to precipitate before overflow and return to the bottom of the washing trough and be scooped out and discharged together with crude sands by a rotating impeller,  so that loss  of ultrafine sands  from  overflow  is avoided and the recovery rate of ultrafine sands is improved. It has been awarded national patent.
